Reporting a problem
If something isn’t working, a few details help: your browser and operating system, the steps that led to the problem, and the general type of file involved (a scanned PDF, a phone photo, a screenshot) rather than the file itself. Please don’t upload anything sensitive — SafeOCR runs entirely in your browser, so we never receive your files to begin with, and there is no safe way to send them to us even if you wanted to. A redacted screenshot or a short description of the file layout is usually enough for us to reproduce a bug.
What to expect
We read every message that comes in and reply as we’re able. We can’t promise a fixed turnaround time, but GitHub issues are easiest for us to track over time, and Discord tends to get the fastest back-and-forth for quick questions.
